How we protect you

• Privacy-first design. Contact details are never displayed to other members. Sensitive information stays private until you decide to share it.
• Secure accounts. Passwords are stored only as strong, salted hashes. Sessions are protected against hijacking, and you can sign out all devices at any time.
• Abuse protection. Registration, password recovery and contact forms are rate-limited to prevent automated abuse.
• Verification roadmap. Phone, ID and document verification are planned so verified members carry a visible badge — no blanket "100% verified" claims, just honest, growing trust.
• You are in control. Hide your profile, review your data, or request full account deletion whenever you wish.

Simple rules for safer matrimony

• Keep early conversations on the platform. Share phone numbers or social profiles only when you feel confident.
• Be alert to inconsistency — vague jobs, reluctance to video call, or pressure to move quickly are warning signs.
• Involve your family early. Matrimony in India is a family journey, and a second perspective is a protection, not an intrusion.
• Never send money or share bank details, OTPs or documents like Aadhaar/PAN with anyone you have not verified independently.
• Report anything that feels wrong — use the contact page and choose "Report a problem" or "Privacy or safety concern".
