1. Agreement

By registering on or using SaatVachan ("the platform"), operated by [TO BE COMPLETED — legal entity], you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register.
  • You may register and manage a profile on behalf of an eligible family member with their knowledge and consent.
  • You must provide accurate, current and truthful information.

3. Member responsibilities

  • Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Use the platform only for the sincere purpose of seeking a marriage alliance.
  • Do not harass, deceive, defraud or misuse other members; do not send unsolicited commercial messages.
  • Do not attempt to access data or systems you are not authorised to access.

4. Content & conduct

You own the content you submit. You grant SaatVachan a limited licence to display it within the platform according to your privacy settings. Content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or obscene may be removed and accounts may be suspended.

5. No guarantees

SaatVachan is a platform that helps people connect. We do not guarantee marriage, a specific number of matches, or the accuracy of every member-supplied detail. We do not knowingly make claims such as "100% verified profiles".

6. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but may suspend the platform for maintenance or improvement. Features evolve: new functionality arrives in phases, and existing features may be refined, always with respect for your data and settings.

7. Memberships (future)

When paid memberships launch, their terms, pricing and refund policy will be published clearly on the membership page before any purchase. Nothing on today's preview constitutes an offer.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SaatVachan's liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the previous twelve months or ₹1,000. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for conduct between members that occurs outside the platform.

9. Governing law
